- Cancellation Notice: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled visit. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.
- Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule your appointment. However, repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may be subject to dismissal.
- No-Show Policy: We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After that time, we will charge a no-show fee, which will be equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment.
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen, and we will take such situations into consideration. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from attending your consultation, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
