Functional Reset NP is a wellness-focused functional medicine practice for people who are ready for more than a quick fix. If you want a clear plan, expert clinical guidance, and steady support that leads to sustainable results, you’re in the right place.
Feeling “off” isn’t a diagnosis — but it is important information. Here, you’ll have the time to be heard so we can understand your full health picture and identify what’s really driving symptoms. Your next steps are grounded in clarity, not guesswork.
This is care that blends data-guided insight with deep compassion. When appropriate, we use targeted functional testing to uncover patterns and root drivers — then translate that information into a realistic, step-by-step plan you can actually follow.*
*Important note: Functional Reset NP is designed for stable, motivated patients who are ready to implement meaningful nutrition and lifestyle changes. You’ll still want a primary care provider for general medical needs and complex condition management — we’re here to complement that care with focused support for gut health, hormone optimization, and metabolic/weight goals.
If that’s what you’ve been looking for, welcome. I’m glad you’re here!

Hi! I’m Andi Giachetti, MSN, FNP-C, AFMC — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Functional Reset NP.
With nearly two decades in healthcare (including 10 years in primary care), I saw a pattern: people were working hard to feel better, but still felt stuck. Too often, the traditional model doesn’t allow the time, nuance, or deeper investigation needed to understand why symptoms persist.
I pursued advanced training in functional medicine to offer more clarity, more context, and more support — so you get a grounded, evidence-informed plan that helps you move forward with confidence.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, and functional medicine expanded my clinical toolkit by helping me connect the dots across gut health, hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and stress physiology. Patients often tell me they finally feel heard — and relieved to have a plan that makes sense.
In our work together, you can expect honesty, transparency, and compassion. My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and what to do next — then guide you with a step-by-step plan that fits real life.
My clinical focus includes:
The goal is simple: fewer confusing symptoms, more stability and resilience, and a plan you can maintain long-term.
Outside of work, I’m based in Southern Oregon with my husband, Jeremy, and our two fur babies. You’ll usually find us outdoors hiking, backpacking, camping, or exploring somewhere new — and at home, we love slower evenings too: a good book or a game night with friends. We strive for a healthy balance between both worlds.
