You've been seen.
You just don't feel heard.
This practice is built on knowing the difference.

I'm Andi Giachetti, FNP-C, AFMC, a Johns Hopkins-trained Nurse Practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. I practice via telehealth across Oregon and offer concierge in-home consults throughout the Rogue Valley.

The work I do here is root-cause functional medicine — rigorous, personalized, and unhurried.  It's a clinical partnership built around advanced functional testing, your complete history, and the kind of careful attention most medical settings simply are not built to support.

Not a template. Not a protocol. A plan designed entirely around you and your unique body.

Nearly a decade in conventional primary care taught me two things: how to practice evidence-based medicine, and exactly what it looks like when the model fails a patient.

I left primary care in 2024 to build something better: a practice that combines rigorous clinical training with a root-cause functional medicine framework, where the clinical picture always comes before the protocol.

I don't use generic templates. I don't suppress symptoms and move on. I look for the pattern underneath the pattern and build a plan that fits your life, not a textbook or a diagnosis.

My clinical work centers on three areas:

  • Gut health and digestive dysfunction — The gut is not just a digestive organ. It is the origin point of systemic health, and when it is dysregulated, the effects show up everywhere. This work addresses the full spectrum of digestive dysfunction, from SIBO and dysbiosis to IBS, leaky gut, and the downstream inflammatory effects of a compromised microbiome. Many patients arrive having removed more foods than they can count. Part of this work is getting you back to a life where food feels safe, enjoyable, and uncomplicated again.
  • Women's hormone health — When hormones are dysregulated, the effects are rarely confined to the body. They shape mood, sleep, energy, and cognition. They affect how present you feel, how patient you are, how connected you are to the people around you. Women deserve to feel at home in their bodies, clear in their minds, and fully present in their lives and with their loved ones. That is exactly the work we do here.
  • Metabolic dysfunction and weight loss resistance — Metabolic dysfunction affects how you feel in your body, how you feel about your body, and how much mental and emotional energy you spend managing both. Energy, mood, appetite, body composition, and the quiet but persistent feeling that your body is working against you rather than with you. My goal is to find out exactly what is driving that and help you feel like yourself again.

If you've been waiting for a practitioner who leads with curiosity, works with precision, and stays with you through the process, welcome. This practice was built for you.

You deserve a practitioner who takes the time. That's what this practice is built for.
